Shipping your package

We deliver in France, in the DOM TOM and in the EEC. For any other country, please contact us by phone or email so that we can calculate the shipping costs specific to that country.

Our parcels are sent via Colissimo with tracking and delivered without or with signature (depending on the country and choice). Delivery times are those of Colissimo (generally 2 to 3 working days in France and in the major cities of the EEC). You choose the place of delivery for France: your home against or without signature, in a Post Office collection point or in a Pickup point. For the DOM TOM the delivery is done without or against signature. For the EEC, the delivery is only done at home against signature or in Pickup point according to the country.

Our packages are prepared and dispatched upon receipt of your payment, within a maximum of 72 hours. As soon as the package is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the package number so that you can track the progress of your order.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. From the moment you leave our company, the package becomes your property and the transport under your responsibility. We take particular care in packaging and protecting fragile products.

The postage rate for the package is calculated according to the place of delivery. For all deliveries in Metropolitan France we have opted for an amount based on the price of the order. And, so as not to penalize you, the higher the amount, the lower the shipping costs!

For deliveries in the French overseas departments and territories in the EEC, the rate the postage rate of the package is calculated according to the place of delivery and its weight.

Our packages are prepared and shipped as soon as we receive your payment, and this, within a maximum of 72 hours. As soon as it is shipped, an email informs you and indicates the parcel number to track its delivery.
