New products at OROCBAT for new flavours!

Here are our newest ones for convivial tastings:

• Duck rillettes with Espelette pepper: for rillettes "made" in the Basque Country, we have declined our melting duck rillettes with a touch of Espelette chilli pepper. The latter enhances the taste of the rillette by bringing fruity and/or grilled aromas! This product is without colouring or preservatives.

• A Basque pâté with organic Espelette pepper: you already know the unmistakable Basque pâté that we have been cooking for many years. We have created its Organic version using ingredients from organic farming. This product is of course without colouring or preservatives.
