Pork axoa with organic Espelette pepper is a variation of the famous traditional Basque recipe for veal axoa. This traditional dish, once served on fair days, is appreciated by all Basque families. This version of our axoa uses organically grown ingredients for a total organic product! Product without colouring or preservatives.

Preparation tips

After opening, warm up slowly. Serve with steamed potatoes.
