Local farmers’ markets in Soule!

With the arrival of warmer weather, the village squares and town centres of the Basque Country come alive with a unique atmosphere. Every week, local farmers’ markets bring together residents and visitors to enjoy the bounty of our region.

Far more than just places to shop, these markets have become genuine meeting places where producers, artisans and consumers interact directly. Seasonal fruit and vegetables, sheep’s-milk cheeses, artisanal cured meats, chillies, jams, honey and Basque specialities are all on offer in a warm and authentic atmosphere.
