Mother's Day is on June 4th!

Traditionally, Mother's Day is celebrated on the last Sunday of May unless... it is also Pentecost! So this year, it will take place on the first Sunday of June.

On this occasion, children give gifts to their mothers, cakes, flowers or objects they have made at school or at home. This festival is also celebrated by adults of all ages to honour their mothers.

Teachers are responsible for the famous pasta necklace and other small gifts made with love by children who are proud to give this gift. When they grow up, flowers, perfume and jewellery replace this traditional present.
