The Espelette pepper coarse salt is made by a local producer of PDO Espelette pepper.
It is a ready-made mixture to salt and pepper at the same time !
The combination of coarse salt and Espelette pepper makes it a "ready-to-use" product with the right mix of salt and pepper.
Put this mixture in the frying pan without added oil to sear your pieces of beef, your pork chops, ... or sprinkle on your leg of lamb and beef roasts at the end of cooking.
You can also use it on your fried potatoes and home fries!
