The Basque piperade is a typical Basque cooked dish made with tomatoes, peppers and onions. Product without colouring or preservatives.
The Basque piperade is heated over a low heat. Serve with meat or fish; but also with a fried egg and raw or cooked Bayonne ham! To be kept in a cool place after opening and to be consumed within 72 hours.
