The boxed set "The Souletin" offers an assortment of products from our region: Soule, one of the provinces of the Basque Country! You can start the conviviality with our ewe's cheese aperitif cakes accompanied by a lager Basque beer, then taste our Basque pâtés and finish the meal with ewe's cheese accompanied by our black cherry jam. To open the bottle of beer, you will appreciate the bottle opener in the shape of a Basque cross.
All these products are made in our canning factory or come from a rigorous selection of Basque craftsmen.
